Shocks are free if you don’t feel the Powerdown Difference
Make your truck feel and handle like new again by replacing your shocks and wheels aligning your vehicle. As an added bonus to the renewed comfort of the ride its also a good way to save on tyre wear.
The Powerdown Difference satisfaction guarantee is available when you replace at least one pair of shocks with the Powerdown equivalent. Your vehicle should to have at least 200,000kms accumulated and preferably running original shock absorbers.
If within 3 months of the installation you are not satisfied that the fitment of Powerdown shock absorbers has made a positive difference to the handling of the vehicle, Powerdown will reimburse the full purchase price of the Powerdown shocks* and labour costs up to $120**.
* Reimbursement only includes the purchase price of the Powerdown shocks and does not include any freight, environmental levies or workshop supply costs.
** Labour costs only reimbursed if fitment was done by a Big Wheels Truck Alignment workshop. Any amount less than $120 will be reimbursed in full, if the labour cost exceeds $120 no more than that amount will be reimbursed.
The Powerdown Difference satisfaction guarantee is applicable to all steer shocks, drive shocks and steering dampers for all truck, bus and light commercial van models covered in the current edition of the Powerdown catalogue.
If you are not totally convinced that replacing your old shocks with new Powerdown shock absorbers has made a difference to the handling if your vehicle please submit a claim by completing the form below. Proof of purchase and incurred labour charges will need to be supplied when placing a claim.
